About the role
Convertr is looking for a creative and analytical Content Manager to own the planning and execution of content across our digital channels. This role blends strong storytelling with practical execution. You’ll help bring Convertr’s messaging to life, engage target audiences and support thought leadership in the fast-evolving world of data, marketing technology, and AI-ready infrastructure.
You’ll manage the full content lifecycle (from content planning and production through distribution and optimisation), working closely with design, demand generation, and product marketing to deliver content that educates, builds credibility and supports pipeline growth.
What you'll do
Manage and maintain the editorial calendar, aligning content themes with campaign launches, industry trends and product updates.
Develop and execute a SEO-driven content plan that supports pipeline goals, domain authority and thought leadership.
Write and edit long- and short-form content including blogs, white papers, ebooks, case studies, video scripts, and social posts.
Lead the creation of video content including interviews, product explainers, or short-form storytelling pieces for social, web, and events.
Plan and coordinate decks for speaking opportunities and virtual event experiences to support demand generation efforts.
Oversee content production workflows, from brief creation to delivery, collaborating with designers, freelancers and subject matter experts.
Partner with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across decks, ads and enablement materials.
Build and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement and follower quality on LinkedIn, YouTube and other B2B channels.
Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, social dashboards) and continuously optimize based on engagement and SEO insights.
Support PR and thought-leadership efforts by coordinating executive content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, contributed articles, speaking materials).
What you'll bring
4–6 years of experience in content marketing, SEO and/or digital communications (preferably in B2B SaaS or martech).
Proven ability to develop and manage an editorial calendar across multiple channels.
Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of B2B audiences and technical topics.
Experience optimising content for SEO including keyword research, topic clustering, and on-page optimisation.
Familiarity with social media strategy (especially LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
Bonus: basic experience with video production (e.g., shooting, editing, briefing agencies).
Skills and attributes
Comfortable collaborating with designers and videographers to deliver high-impact visual and video content.
A data-driven mindset and the ability to balance creativity with measurable business outcomes.
Have a high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to constantly learn.
Excellent analytical, problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills with the desire and ability to identify, and help implement changes.
Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
Self-driven and proactive nature with a bias for speed and action
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
